Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and air/sea freight. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service level. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days for in-stock items; configured builds ship within 2-3 weeks.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.

Returns & Claims

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair under warranty.

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened items in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Warranty

All hardware carries a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available for qualified orders.
